Pasta Master Class

Our pasta making classes offer a unique and interactive experience, where participants can knead, roll, and shape their way to mastering the perfect pasta. Led by skilled chefs, these classes provide insights into the secrets of crafting authentic Italian pasta. Choose from making fresh pasta for $40pp or fresh gnocchi for $35pp. Can't choose? Learn to make both for $50pp.

Group Masterclasses

If you’re looking to get the full experience, our cooking classes are tailored to learn the tips and tricks behind creating mouth-watering Italian dishes that you can replicate in your own kitchen. Classes include making pasta and sauce from scratch, then cooking and enjoying the meal with a vino in amongst the grape vines.

Minimum of 6ppl on weekdays and 8ppl on the weekend. These masterclass experiences run for approx 90-120 minutes.

$95 per person, and includes recipe booklet and apron to take home!

Craving something sweet? Book our Sweet Treat Tiramisu class and learn the perfect Italian dessert with our Head Chef, James. Classe includes making tiramisu from scratch, before enjoying the treat with a beverage amongst the grape vines. 

Minimum of 6ppl on weekdays and 8ppl on the weekend. This masterclass experience runs for an hour. 

Holy Ravioli - Fresh Ravioli & Fillings

Eat like an Italian every day! Learn how to make Fresh Ravioli from scratch with our Head Chef, James here at Pasta in the Valley. You'll also get to prepare and make your own filling to complete your ravioli. Choose from Ricotta & Spinach, Mushroom & Truffle or Beef Ragu.

After your culinary endeavour, savor your creation among the grapevines, accompanied by a delightful glass of vino. Plus, receive an apron to commemorate your gourmet experience. All this for just $95 per person, aprons included.

A Taste of the North - Gnocchi Three Ways

A twist on our most popular masterclass! Get hands on and learn how to make three types of gnocchi for the perfect Italian winter dish! Discover the art of crafting one of three varieties of gnocchi: Pumpkin, Ricotta or Truffle.

Once your creations are complete, pair your gnocchi with a selection from one of three tantalizing sauces: classic pomodoro, aromatic burnt butter sage or indulgent cream.

Your culinary journey includes an apron to take home and a glass of vino to enjoy your meal. All this for just $95 per person, aprons included.

Mini Chef

Our Mini Chef experience is available Monday to Sunday from 9am – 11am and again from 2pm – 4pm.

Bookings are not required and takes approximately 10-15 minutes per child.

For just $8 per child, they will recieve 300gms of fresh pasta to create their own fettuccini or spaghetti and get to take it home to cook and eat.
